Complaints Policy
We work very hard to build positive relationships with all children and their parents. We understand that from time to time, concerns or issues may arise. We value open communication and believe that concerns are best resolved when shared. We encourage parents to discuss any issues or complaints with the relevant staff member or teacher involved. It is often the case that a simple conversation can address and resolve concerns promptly.
In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved informally, we have a formal complaints procedure in place. This procedure outlines the steps to follow when making a formal complaint, including the submission of a written complaint to the Headteacher. We take all complaints seriously and ensure they are dealt with promptly, fairly, and in accordance with our school policies and statutory requirements.
The following policy sets out the procedure that the school follows in such cases. It is a Lancashire County Council Policy.
